Inventory Forecast & Tracking Manager

Remote | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila Time)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Inventory Forecast & Tracking Manager to oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and logistics across Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop (FBT), Shopify, Walmart, and other sales channels.

This role is critical to maintaining in-stock levels, preventing stockouts, and ensuring smooth coordination between purchasing, warehouse, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily inventory levels across FBA and FBT marketplaces and warehouses

Forecast demand and create accurate purchase orders (POs) based on sales velocity and lead times

Track and schedule stock replenishment to Amazon FBA and TikTok FBT

Manage shipment timelines, receiving, and reconciliation

Handle Amazon FBA logistics, reimbursements, and discrepancy tracking

Coordinate closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams for product availability and issues

Ensure inventory quantities are accurate and updated across Shopify, Walmart, and other platforms

Maintain organized tracking systems and reporting in Google Sheets and Google Docs

Provide regular inventory health reports, risk alerts, and reorder recommendations

Requirements

Proven experience in inventory planning, logistics, FBA and FBT experience required
Strong knowledge of:

Amazon Seller Central (FBA logistics & reimbursements)

TikTok Shop Seller Center & FBT fulfillment experience Required

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, tracking dashboards, forecasting)

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication

Ability to work night shift Manila time consistently

Experience with Hubstaff or similar time-tracking tools preferred

Success Metrics

Maintain healthy in-stock rates across all SKUs

Prevent stockouts and overstock situations

Accurate forecasting and timely PO creation

Clean reconciliation of FBA/FBT discrepancies and reimbursements

Clear, consistent inventory reporting to leadership
