Website Content Management & Website Content Mapping

Our London-based art gallery is seeking an experienced virtual worker to support with the content mapping and content migration from our existing website to a new website that will launch in Q1 2024.

The successful candidate will be working with and reporting into, the project lead virtually.


Roles and responsibilities include:

- reviewing NEW webpage designs and creating a corresponding copy document in Google Sheets for a copywriter to populate
- reviewing EXISTING webpages and locating the original images used and saving those images in folders ready for art working
- cropping selected images to a new website image spec in the web-based Figma software
- writing optimised image file names and alt tags in English, following an approved spec
- data entry of completed copy documents and images into a new CMS


Essential skills include:

- ability to work independently and remotely
- excellent spoken and written English
- excellent attention to detail
- experience using a web-based CMS
- highly dependable
- a positive attitude

Preferred experience using:

- Figma
