Driller

Role:

Ensures safety of all drilling operations.
Ensures proper rig-up and rig-down procedures.
Performs continual preventative maintenance and repair of drilling equipment.
Directly reports preventative maintenance and repairs to the Tool Pusher.
Provides ongoing coordination of supervisors and fellow crew members.
Maintains positive working-relations among the crew.
Maintains knowledge of current operational guidelines.
Ensures all drilling operations are conducted according to pre-developed plan.
Drill conductor hole, surface hole, intermediate hole and final phase as per the drilling or well program.
Coordinate running and testing of casing, wellhead equipment and BOP stack with Rig Superintendent and Representative.
Direct BOP drills while using good drilling and well control practices.
Manage periodic inspection and lubrication of topdrive, drawworks, rotary, swivels and other associated drilling equipment.
Supervise compliance with safety policies and procedures and ensure good housekeeping practices.

Qualification:

Familiar or Experience in Oil/Geothermal well drilling
Familiar with top drive system.
Minimum 3 Years of experience in the similar position.
Excellent English communication in speaking and writing.
