JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is looking for an RFP Proposal Writer to join our team working directly with the President of the company and other staff members. We are looking for someone who will lead the planning and creation of written proposals for potential clients in response to RFPs

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for RFP responses
- Craft compelling and well-organized proposals that address client needs
- Conduct research to understand client requirements and industry trends
- Edit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or other related disciplines.
- 3+ years of proven experience in writing proposals or bids
- Experience in proposal writing software a plus
- Strong experience with Google Docs required.
- Experience with ChatGPT is strongly preferred
- Must have outstanding written communication. Please do not apply if you are not 100% fluent in written and verbal English
- Must have great internet access (10 mbps or higher)
- Must have your own computer and impeccable computer skills


HOURS AND PAY
- Must be able to work Philippine night-time hours (to match with at least some of the USA Pacific coast Monday - Friday daytime)
- $3-6 USD per hour
- 100% remote
- 13th month (pro-rated 1st year)
- Open to 4-8 hours per day
- Long term permanent role
