Voice Overs For YouTube

I am looking for someone who can create scripts and do voice overs for YouTube videos. To create the script you will find articles and other videos related to the video topic and paraphrase the content. Software will be provided to paraphrase the content. Most of your work will be finding related material and using it to create a unique script.
You will then read the script using your voice and record it.

You must have a good ability to read, write, and speak English. A good sounding microphone is a plus.
I would like someone who can put together at least one quality script, read the script and record it in an 8 hour shift.
You can work any 8 hour shift, 5 days per week that you would like. The starting pay for this position is $250 per month with the opportunity for pay raises based on performance.
