We have multiple dropshipping (Shopify) stores, and we are shipping from China. We are looking for an experienced CS rep who has experience in this field. Join our upbeat and positive customer service team, where everyone takes delight in their work!
You will be responsible for:
- Answering e-mails
- Solve Klarna disputes
- Solve Paypal disputes
- Contact with supplier.
- Data entry trough google sheets.
Requirements:
- Experience with customer service within e-commerce (dropshipping from China)
- Knowledge of Shopify.
- Experience with solving Klarna and Paypal disputes.
- Thinking in terms of solutions.
- You are organized
- You are an fast learner
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and come with new ideas.
- You speak and write English fluently
- Willing to work from Monday to Sunday, currently about 6 hours per day
- You can work fast but accurate
