Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with leads generated from our marketing campaigns via phone calls, texts, and voicemails.
• Engage leads in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about our services and answering inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for new patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
• Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with tea ---------- mbers to ensure a cohesive and streamlined lead conversion process.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions potential patients may have.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment booking targets Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling is preferred.
