Telesales / Appointment Setter

We're looking for a part time appointment setter to contact warm leads and existing clients to book them in for our Aesthetic clinic within the UK.

Must have -
Extensive telesales experience
Dealt with UK consumers via telephone
Experience in closing and appointment setting

The (GMT) working hours would be -

Mon - Fri 11am - 1pm / 7pm - 9pm
Sat - Sun - Occasional hours

Key Responsibilities -
Responding to new leads to book in for an appointment
Reaching out to existing clients to get back for an appointment
Booking clients in to calendar system
Managing prospects within the CRM system
Responding to telephone and SMS enquiries

The person would also be available between 9am - 6pm UK time for any calls which may come in. While we don't expect you to work for all these hours, being available to take the occasional phone call within these hours is essential.
