Real Estate cold caller

We Are Seeking For experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales /Closer who is capable of identifying motivated sellers and is okay with working in a FAST-PACED environment. The caller must have the ability to follow all job requirements posted below with no exceptions. PLEASE READ THE JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUESTIONS BELOW WHICH REQUIRE AN ANSWER.
We provide all agents with the following:

1. Leads
2. Dialer Account (OpenPhone)
3. Script
3. Weekly 1-on 1 training/ Daily Support


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Speak English CLEARLY
2. Working + Reliable Headset
3. Working + Reliable Computer
4. Working + Reliable WIRED Internet Connection
5. Working + Stable Electricity
6. Will work 40 Hours a week M-F (Weekends Are Optional)
7. Has prior experience in Real Estate telemarketing
8. Work in a quiet environment with NO background noise
9. Can follow instructions clearly
10. Consistently comes to work ON TIME
11.We Work From 8:00 Am - 6:00 p.m. MST Monday-Friday with (30 minutes lunch break daily)
12. Is able to fully understand and use the script provided

14. Must have a working Wize account.
15. MUST BE OKAY WITH WORKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WHERE OUTBOUND CALL VOLUME IS VERY HIGH
16. Wants to SUCCEED and earn a lot of BONUSES!
Must speak GREAT (95%+) fluent American English. (And Or Spanish If Applicable)
PAY STRUCTURE:
We offer Base Salary & Bonuses:
Base salary- $4 USD/ per hr (45 Hours/wk)
We only pay using Wize


PAY SCHEDULE:
Hourly Pay is sent every 2 weeks on Saturday via Wise
Bonus Pay is sent once your deal closes via Wise
Working Hours:
8:00 Am - 6:00 p.m.MST Monday-Friday with (30 minutes lunch break daily) ????
