* About the Role *
This role requires extensive knowledge of dental practice and products used for dental procedures. You will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive support to our users and reporting to your team leader. Your day-to-day tasks will consist of the following:
* Account Management *
Check practice accounts and provide proactive support to ensure proper implementation.
Update CRM to communicate updates to other tea
Respond to user inquiries and provide reactive support and assistance (voice and non-voice).
Improve and implement processes to enhance customer experience.
* Data Management *
Ensure accurate and complete information on products on Invedent's system
Ensure practice inventories are updated with all the products they need to place an order using Invedent.
Respond and assist with data-related inquiries from practices.
