Full Time Web Developer/Programmer/Graphic Designer.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED/SENIOR full time web developer to join our team remotely at a fast-growing online advertising agency. We would ideally like a long-term relationship with a dedicated, skilled, and ambitious person and there is opportunity for performance bonuses on top of salary.

You need to be available via phone/skype to discuss projects, read/speak/write fluent English No customer contact is required.

Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement on existing and future projects is important. Clear direction will be provided however your technical input on how to approach a project may be requested.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the following:

-Adobe Flash / Actionscript - specifically as it pertains to banner advertising creative (720x90/300x250/160x600/etc) creation.
-PHP
-CSS
-XHTML compliance and cross-browser compatibility and troubleshooting existing website problems (firefox/ie 6/7/8)
-Photoshop
-Ajax/Javascript - (light) - mainly as it pertains to dynamic/on the fly webpage form validation and user interface design (onhover boxes that appear and explain part of a webpage, etc).
-Wordpress

Additional helpful experience includes:

-Online advertising/Internet marketing experience
-SEO experience
-Creative design best practices (as it affects click through rate, etc)
-mysql / database creation/structure/management
-ecommerce experience
-credit card gateway (authorize.net) integration
-shopping cart experience
-CMS creation/integration/design for NON wordpress/joomla/drupal sites.
