JOB OVERVIEW

Jones Holdings is a growing real estate investing company looking for a highly motivated and passionate Remote (Real Estate) Assistant to support the owner and to be the first member of the acquisition team. If you are a self-starter, want to grow with a growing company, and are looking to enhance your professional skills in the real estate sector, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management:
• Effectively manage and organize a calendar of tasks and activities, ensuring priorities are addressed efficiently.
2. Email Management:
• Handle email correspondence with precision and professionalism, ensuring clear and effective communication.
3. Research:
• Conduct moderate research tasks, gathering and organizing data electronically with attention to detail.
4. Real Estate Acquisition Support:
• Assist in property acquisition processes, including cold calling, following call scripts, and skip tracing.
• Quickly adapt to and learn various real estate software to streamline acquisition processes.
5. Communication:
• Articulate thoughts clearly and professionally, both in written and verbal communication.
6. Social Media Management:
• Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.

Key Qualifications:
• Self-Starter: Ability to initiate tasks and perform duties without the need for micro-management.
• Organizational Skills: Superior organizational abilities, including electronic data management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent email acumen and the ability to communicate thoughts clearly.
• Research Skills: Moderate skills in conducting research and high proficiency in organizing data.
• Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate acquisition processes; experience in cold calling and skip tracing preferred.
