I need an Executive Assistant with experience with Australian employers to join a team of two other EAs.
Our main task management tools are Trello and Microsoft Planner. Excellent English skills are required for working directly with the CEO, as effective communication and organizational skills are vital to the success of our tasks.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- General administration
- Research
- Book Appointment
- Data entry
- Sending and responding to
- Assisting with managing Job Management Boards
- Communicating with other tea
- HR coordination
- Personal assistant
