HIGH PAY - Appointment Setter - Hourly plus Commission

Job Description:
We are a digital marketing agency, seeking a proactive and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing ---------- is a highly paid position, and we need help with cold calling and outbound emails. If you're great at collecting info from clients, we want to hear from you. Your primary role will be to identify businesses in need of a new or revamped website, book an initial call to gather project requirements, and set up a closing call with our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and sending outbound emails to prospective clients
- Identifying potential leads that have no website or poor website design
- Qualifying leads and setting up initial calls
- Collecting essential project information
- Scheduling a follow-up sales call with our closer

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Previous experience with calling prospective clients is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with CRM (We use Go High Level and Calendly)
- Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset

Compensation:
- $5/hour to book calls plus a 5% bonus of the deal commission for closed sales.
- Bonuses equal anywhere from $75 to $1250 per person booked once closed.
