Appointment Setter - Marketing Company - Hourly and Commission

Job Description:
We are a dynamic digital marketing agency, seeking a proactive and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing team. If you have a knack for cold calling and outbound emails, and you're great at qualifying leads, we want to hear from you. Your primary role will be to identify businesses in need of a new or revamped website, book an initial call to gather project requirements, and set up a closing call with our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and sending outbound emails to prospective clients
- Identifying potential leads that have no website or poor website design
- Qualifying leads and setting up initial calls
- Collecting essential project information
- Scheduling a follow-up sales call with our closer

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Previous experience with calling prospective clients is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with CRM software (Go High Level and Calendly)
- Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset

Compensation:
- $5 per scheduled and completed initial call
- 5% bonus of the deal commission for closed sales.
- We sell products anywhere from $1,500 to $25,000. Bonuses can equal anywhere from $75 to $1250 for booking a single person.
