POSITION:
Marketing Video/Editor (Full-Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an experienced and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Video Producer/Editor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on various projects in an innovative environment.

- Create engaging, high-quality, and high-performing VSLs
- Create engaging, high-quality, and high-performing video content for our advertising and social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Google, and other emerging platforms that align with our marketing and sales goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create video content that promotes our products and services and maintains our branding
- Manage the entire video production process from pre-production to post-production, including scripting, sourcing/curating content, creating motion graphics as needed, and editing
- Edit, repurpose, and enhance existing video content
- Create and maintain an organized library of all video assets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices
- Analyze data, identify trends, and adjust video content to improve engagement and performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

We’re looking for a Marketing Video Producer/ Editor with the following skill sets and experience…

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Video Editor, in the e-commerce niche
- Demonstrated understanding of general marketing concepts and strategies and how they apply to video content creation
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or other video editing software
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective video formats
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative video ideas and bring them to life
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A passion for video production and storytelling
- Has a portfolio of past work that clearly demonstrates editing, marketing, and writing/scripting skills
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is not required but a big plus!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable internet connection (10 Mbps minimum)
- Professional editing software
- Computer with updated antivirus software
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Work Hours (9 AM-1 AM GMT+1, remaining hours are flexible)

COMPENSATION:
- 40,000 PHP / month
- Potential for performance bonuses
