Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a virtual assistant who will help me with lead generation. The candidate I am looking for must be a skilled assistant preferably who has some experience in real estate. They must be very detail oriented, hard working, a fast learner, and someone who will produce results. I will be offering Bi annual bonuses based on performance as my business expands. In New York City I have to cope with a fast paced market and I need a strong virtual assistant in my corner to help raise the bar and bring my business to the next level. Within the next year as you gain more experience we will hire a second virtual assistant who you will help trained to lighten the work load, and help the business run like a well oiled machine.
