Job Overview:

Are you a customer service rockstar looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a splash in the pool industry? Blue Oasis Pool Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Expert to join our team. As the face of our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers via chat, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
Monitor and manage customer reviews, addressing any concerns, and proactively requesting reviews from satisfied customers.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Collaborate with our pool care experts to resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain a deep understanding of our pool services and offerings to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
*Proficient in using email, chat, and phone systems for customer support.
*Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
*A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
*A strong and reliable internet connection. 
*Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum i5, 8th gen or 8gb Ram for Mac.
