Looking for a Superstar Project Manager and Client Specialist

We’re looking for someone who loves helping people and is an absolute superstar when it comes to Project Management and client ---------- 's critical that you have a mastery of the English language, especially in writing and speaking; and also have a keen eye for detail. REQUIREMENTS:
Fast and reliable internet connection is a MUST

Can work the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST (7:00 am to 3:00 pm EST)
Good quality headset (we will provide the phone service)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Our company has been around for over 15 years. We help financial advisors have more authority in their business. We’re looking for a Project Management superstar to help our top clients write books and get websites done. (You don't need to write the book or know anything about websites...other tea ---------- mbers do that).

You would help manage the projects from A to Z and be the liaison for the clients. Don’t worry, we’ve been doing this for a few years and have the entire process built out on Basecamp. We’re just so busy adding on so many clients... that we need more help managing ---------- addition to the project management, you'll also be an integral part of our customer service team. Primary duties will include responding to emails and answering inbound phone calls. Working with our clients to help them better understand how to effectively use our software and training, and answer any questions they may have. So, we definitely want someone with a great and friendly attitude who loves helping people.

More importantly, we need someone who is sharp, can take ownership of a new project, and who learns quickly. A willingness to be trained, learn, and retain new concepts is crucial.
