eCommerce Coordinator Etsy and Shopify
Our company is looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our team preferably to help us grow
our existing Etsy and Shopify eCommerce store.
Responsibilities:
• Keep up-to-date with the latest best practices with Shopify and Etsy SEO techniques to
improve search results;
• Manage and update the online product catalog, including setting up new product listings;
• Support all E-commerce activities of the company;
• Monitor and improve the website and digital presence through SEO;
• Work with sales channels to ensure the products are accurately described, categorized and
priced;
• Manage customer service associates and uphold best practices.
• Suggest and Execute new ideas to improve the current status of the store.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
• Drive web traffic and generate new leads;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience managing E-commerce marketplaces – 1-3 years minimum;
• Basic experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords;
• Social media savvy;
• Strong understanding of Shopify E-commerce platform;
• Proficient in Google G Suite.
• Knowledge and experience in POD / Printify is an advantage
