**About Us:**
Our company is on the hunt for a highly organized and efficient Real Estate General Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. **Role Overview:**
As our Real Estate General Virtual Assistant, you'll wear two hats and play an integral role in supporting our real estate ---------- om outbound and inbound calls, to administrative support of real estate related activities, you'll be at the heart of our team's efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client details in our CRM system.
- Gather information and verify clients eligibility through active conversations and required documentation.
- Educate clients on procedures, timelines, and necessary paperwork.
- Follow up with interested clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Communication Hub: Screen calls and emails, ensuring timely responses or forwarding messages as needed.
- Administrative Maestro: Provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to streamline claim processes and ensure efficient handling.
- Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

**Qualifications:**

**Educational Foundation:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field (preferred).

**Experience Compass:**
- 3+ years of experience as a real estate virtual assistant.

**Skill Set:**
- Strong organizational and time management prowess.
- Ability to expertly juggle and prioritize multiple projects.

**Communication Adeptness:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Detail Dynamo:**
- Laser-focused attention to detail and unwavering accuracy.

**Team Player & Independent Achiever:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with real estate software (MLS, Zipforms, DocuSign).
