Odoo Configuration and Implementation Specialist

CarePlus Living Solutions, a leading provider of hospital equipment hire for home-based care, is seeking an Odoo Configuration Specialist to join our ---------- this vital role, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing our Odoo ERP system based on the business rules provided by our clients, which include hospitals and COD (Cash on Delivery) customers.

Responsibilities:
· Configure and customize Odoo to meet unique client requirements.
· Manage the go-live process and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
· Provide training and support to internal staff for effective utilization of the Odoo system.
· Stay updated with Odoo updates, modules, and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Proven experience in Odoo configuration and implementation.
· Strong proficiency in Odoo framework and Python programming.
· Problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to manage project go-live and staff training.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
