I am looking for a well-experienced Forex Trader with a background in Customer Service and Admin Support!

What are you going to do?


As a member of our premium support team, your primary responsibility is to respond to the hundreds of messages we receive from our premium trading group ---------- is important that you approach each message with compassion and provide the best guidance possible.
Your goal is to ensure that each and every one of them has a positive experience when using our support chats.


Monday - Friday from:
- 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (PH time)


Requirements:
- Knowledge of trading, including how to manage trades and how brokers work
- Fluent in the language of Forex trading
- Fully mastered the English language in speaking and writing
- Customer Service Experience
- Great Communication Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Team player and eager to learn
- Able to handle constructive criticism
- Creative, Verbally strong, and Smart
- BPO background is a plus
- Microsoft Office Skills is a plus
