JOB OVERVIEW

The role will involve responding to client emails and helping them logging into our website. calling the clients on the phone to help them log in and trouble shoot issues. You will be an admin on a facebook page and group and will post updates daily. You will monitor the comments in the group and respond to questions. you will upload videos to youtube and to our website. you will help with a range of admin tasks. You need to be comfortable talking to clients in english. Not a sales role just customer support. you need to have very good internet connection and microsoft outlook. Looking for someone to be able to work 8am UK time to 4pm Uk time - maybe these times will be less - depends on candidate
