ABOUT US
We are an online furniture business that is owned and operated in Australia - you will work with two of our brands.


I will only look at applications that state ORDERBZRC in the subject heading and also that apply with more than 6 apply points.

ABOUT THE JOB
* Starting with customer service during the week and then some weekends once trained.
* Hours will start at 3-5 hours per day (Monday - Friday) - this could be more or could be less.
* Start time will be 7am PH time.
* We require you to be flexible & be able to start at the time you are assigned.
* Starts at $4 USD per hour, increasing to $5- $6 USD per hour after 1 month trial period. If you really are a superstar, we will look at more pay increases following 4-6 months of working with our company.

REQUIREMENTS
(you will not be considered if you do not tick all of these boxes)
* You must have worked with an Australian company prior and be familiar of how Australian addresses work and what they look like - you must provide proof of having worked with an Australia company.
* You must not have another job that requires overnight work and you also must not work for any other companies while on the clock with us.
* You must have worked in customer service for a minimum of 5 years.
* You must be able to have perfect attention to detail and excellent written Australian English.
* You must have worked with Gorgias in the past with a minimum of 1 years experience - SUPER IMPORTANT! Do not apply if you have not worked in Gorgias.
* You must have a good working computer and have proof of ---------- SIREABLE
* Expansive Spreadsheet knowledge (for future tasks and more hours)
* Have a second screen
