We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Fresh Coat Marketing. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (mostly Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads). Your expertise in paid media strategies will drive our online presence, generate leads, and contribute to our overall marketing success.
Responsibilities:
* Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid media strategies that align with our marketing goals and target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign cohesion.
* Platform Management: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, ensuring maximum ROI.
* Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords for search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
* Ad Creation: Create compelling ad copies and engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience, adhering to best practices for each platform.
* Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives while controlling costs.
* A/B Testing: Continuously conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to refine and improve campaign performance.
* Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data and provide insights to optimize performance, make data-driven decisions, and report on key KPIs.
* Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging paid media technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the web and content teams to enhance landing pages for improved conversion rates.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, budget utilization, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent knowledge of SEM best practices, keyword research, and A/B testing.
* Familiarity with ad creative development and design.
* Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
* Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
