SEO - Posting Articles with KWs and inter-links, back-links

I need someone to help with various internet and SEO tasks such as creating websites on web 2.0 platforms such as weebly, tumblr, ---------- , etc and upload articles on there and publish the websites. The articles will need inter-linking and you may have to put keywords in proper places with backlinks to websites to help with SEO.

You will also likely help logging on wordpress websites and uploading articles to those sites with proper keywords in the right places as will be instructed as well as creating inter-linking and backlinks.

If you have rudimentary web design skills, such as being able to make the web 2.0s or wordpress websites look like normal or average looking websites, that will be a plus.

I may also have various other similar tasks.

I am not sure about the amount of hours to get started. I am looking to eventually take this to full-time, but at first, it may be lower at first.
