Amazon Operations Manager/Marketer

In this role, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

> Branding and Sales
> Revenue, Profit, and Loss Management
> Data Collection and Analysis, Content Creation and Maintenance, Advertising Campaign Management, and Account Management
> Customer Satisfaction and Review Management

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
> Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with our business objectives.
> Monitoring operational efficiency and implementing improvements where possible. Ensuring timely product deliveries to meet customer expectations.
> Reviewing operational reports to spot trends and ensure smooth operations.
> Training and supervising staff, ensuring they meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
> Enhancing the quality of customer service through innovative approaches.
> Addressing operational and personnel issues within your functional area.
> Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Amazon operations and possess the following attributes:

> Able to commit to full-time employment for at least 2 years
> Proven work experience as an Amazon Operations Manager or in a similar role
> Deep knowledge of Amazon operations and organizational effectiveness Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
> Strong leadership abilities
> Exceptional organizational skills
> Critical thinking capabilities

Work Hours and Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (9:00 am - 6:00 pm Pacific Time)

Salary Range: $960 to $1,120 USD per month ($6-7 USD per hour), based on your experience.
