Duties and Responsibilities:

NO CUSTOMER CONTACT REQUIRED JUST SETTING UP Real Estate Leads Your primary tasks will include skip tracing, research, reporting, data entry,
Must have a proven track record. REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!!!. You MUST also have experience with PROPSTREAM!!!! We will teach you MLS.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, schedules, and data effectively.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant (VA).

Proficiency in internet navigation for research and information gathering.

Experience in utilizing PropStream for real estate data.
Knowledge of tools like Lead Sherpa, Upgrade to see actual info, and Upgrade to see actual info for skip tracing.
Ability to identify LLC members using Upgrade to see actual info.

Strong problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.
A customer-centric approach to engage and assist potential Upgrades to see actual infotainment to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive client information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
