Position: Fulltime Local SEO Specialist (40 hours/week)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, US Working Hours (Between 8 PM – 6 AM Philippine Standard Time Required)
Reports to: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Local SEO:
- Optimize websites, blog posts, landing pages, and images for keywords
- Use tools like Semrush or Ahrefs for recommendations and site tweaks
- Collaborate with the T.E.A.M. on location-based or service-based landing pages
- Manage citation building, Google Business Profiles, and Google Search Console tasks
- Develop and implement local SEO strategies to increase search visibility and traffic

General:
- Assist Project Managers with client questions related to SEO
- Set up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking on client sites
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal T.E.A.M. members

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in SEO
- English fluency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and WordPress

- A computer that is two years old or less
- Reliable internet connection with backup
- Headset or microphone and video camera for tea ---------- etings
