Expert Facebook Media Buyer for Home Services Businesses (Marketing Agency)

We are a rapidly growing marketing agency that is focused on roofing, remodeling, renovations and more... not interested in ecommerce skills as we do NOT sell ecomm products. We are looking to hire an expert media buyer with a strong attention to detail. Must have recent experience running campaigns for home improvement such as roofing, remodeling, renovations, etc. or similar service company ads.

Required Skills and Experience
- Expert knowledge of the Facebook Ads platform. Also, as a plus, if you can also do Google Ads and TikTok, that would be great, but we are primarily using Facebook for lead generation
- You must be able to design your own ads using AI ad design tools, ChatGPT, etc.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to maintain KPIs for Cost Per Lead and make daily adjustments as needed to maintain KPIs
- Must be familiar with Go HighLevel (GHL) / LeadConnector ---------- so you can integrate Facebook lead forms and build landing pages/funnels/surveys in GHL
- Bonus: if you are able to create ---------- reports on Facebook ads, please let me know.
