Dashboard Needed for KPI Tracking from Facebook Ads and

My business is a marketing agency that focuses on generating leads to grow revenue for home services companies. As the business grows, we are finding that there is a lot of work to be done and more help is needed.

Looking for someone with expertise in dashboard design. You must know how to do this already. I am not looking for manual data entry.I would like an automated solution that gets the data and can be filtered daily, weekly, month, by account. Also, I want to track staff KPIs to measure employee productivity.

Right now, I have data all over the place and it is not efficient to track these KPIs:
Cost per Lead (FB) per Campaign > Ad Set > Ad
# of Leads (FB) per Campaign > Ad Set > Ad
# of Appointments per HighLevel CRM Subaccount (per client)
# of Calls Made by Each Caller
# of Appointments Booked by Each Caller
