Experienced Xero Bookkeeper

JD International is a dynamic and growing fashion company with a global presence. We specialize in men's apparel. We are currently seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with expertise in Xero software to join our finance team during the graveyard shift on a part-time basis.

Job Overview:
As a Bookkeeper at JD International, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. Your proficiency in Xero software will be essential in managing our day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily financial transactions, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliation using Xero software.
Creating Bills
Invoicing
Account reports
Communicate with various stakeholders
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals with accuracy and attention to detail.


Qualifications:
A College Degree is required in Accounting or a related field
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with proficiency in using Xero software is required.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial ---------- tail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, especially during the graveyard shift.
Previous experience in [industry/type] will be a plus.
Relevant certification or education in accounting, finance, or a related field is advantageous.

Part-time position, working the graveyard shift
Monday to Friday schedule
Hours:
(12:00am to 5:00am Manlia Time)
