JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company's sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, meticulously analyzing revenue streams, and ensuring seamless month-to-month operations. Experience in Web Development field is a must.

Responsibilities:
• Will manage all Lead gen campaigns in an aggressive manner.
• Will organize all of our lead generation efforts and be responsible for meeting sales goals.
• Should also be able to attend client meetings.
• Setting sales quotas and goals
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
• Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing
• At least 5 years extensive experience in Sales and Marketing
• Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
• Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
• Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can work ARIZONA time (Remotely)
• Full-Time position available
