Experienced Cold Caller

Job Title: Cold Caller
Schedule: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri PH Time

This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our furniture & Busbar products.
*Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
*Set up appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.
*Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
*Follow up on leads and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to sales team handover.
*Achieve and exceed monthly call and appointment targets.
*Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Requirements:

*Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
*Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
*Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
*Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
*High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
