What we're looking for

We are a US-based marketing agency and we are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to help and assist in executing our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. If you are a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude at all times who knows the influencer world, then you are the person we are looking for.
Salary: $5/hr
Schedule: 10:00PM to 6:00AM PH Time (U.S. working hours)
Work type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with various Instagram-related tasks, supporting the team in achieving social media objectives.
- Demonstrates responsiveness in addressing queries, concerns, and tasks promptly.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Instagram and its features, allowing for efficient execution of assigned responsibilities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, forward emails to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers, and prioritize urgent messages.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure timely responses to emails.
- Draft, edit, and proofread emails to clients, prospects, and partners.
- Create templates for common email communication.
- Craft persuasive and engaging email content to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills
- 1+ year experience in Social Media Management focusing on Instagram
- Instagram savvy
- Able to work independently, follow a set of processes (SOP’s) and have strong research skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, enabling effective communication within the team.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the US market
- Strong email management and composition skills
- Proficient in utilizing ChatGPT effectively
- Proficient with ClickUp

Nice to have
- Sales experience

Technical Qualifications
- Possesses a high-speed internet connection of 100 Mbps to facilitate smooth research, downloading, and uploading of Instagram content such as photos, reels, and other relevant media.
- Equipped with a fast and reliable laptop/desktop computer capable of handling extensive content research, downloading, and uploading activities.
