**** KVCORE Trainer and Support

We are seeking a full-time trainer for the KVCORE CRM and platform. This person would be responsible for conducting on-going KVCORE training for the rest of the company. Assist the agents on troubleshooting any questions, concerns and items needed to be resolved including reporting bugs and escalating tickets to KVCORE.



Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct KVCORE training for Agents, manager and admins
Assist on IDX Feeds and other needed paperwork
Website Configurations
Set up KVCORE Campaigns which includes Email, and SMS Templates
Set up Automations such as, Lead Pond, Contact Email Drip, Hashtags and other triggers


Requirement:
Must have wide range and full experience working with KVCORE CRM.
Candidates will undergo demo, to showcase skills and expertise on KVCORE CRM.
Must have training experience, conducting training for Real Estate Agents, and managers

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
- Noise canceling headset
- High Speed Internet at least 50 MBPS
- At Least 2 years of Experience (IS A MUST)
- Overcome objections
- Speak high-quality English and have high comprehension skills.
- Sales experience
- High touch follow-up skills
- Coachable - Open to feedback and can implement feedback given.
- Self-motivated - positive mindset.
