We are an e-commerce company seeking a highly competent person to join our team for the role of Customer Service Representative.

Our team is 100% remote and international. We value quality over quantity and are building a team that is motivated, skilled, and passionate about what we do.

Position: Customer Service Representative

> Remote Work
> Schedule: 5AM-9AM Manila time Th, F, M and 9PM-1AM Manila time Saturday and Sunday
> Salary: $250/month
> Part-Time

Experience:

- 3+ Years in Customer Service
- Experience In Customer Service For E-commerce (Via Email & Phone)
- Desire To Truly Help Customers
- Highly Organized And Detail-Oriented.
Role:
- Answering Customers’ Emails
- Answering Customer Phone Calls
- Moderating >Facebook Comments

Familiar Softwares:

- Google Suite (Especially Gmail)
- Shopify
- Gorgias
