Dental Aging Claims & Appeals Specialist

U.S. based, large, private dental practice is seeking a Dental Aging Claims & Appeals Specialist.

Responsibilities include:
*Using Dentrix to pull Aging/AR Reports
*Following up on unpaid claims to determine reason for denial.
*Collecting any needed or missing information to resubmit claims
*Ensuring payments are received and posted in Dentrix
*Maintaining an Aging/AR log in google sheets
*Filing appeals

Requirements include:
*C2 level written and verbal English skills
*Experience managing dental aging claims
*High proficiency in using Dentrix practice management software
*High proficiency in using Google sheets/excel
*Experience dealing with dental insurance companies and dental offices
*Problem solving skills with respect to being proactive to figure things out and bring them to completion.
*Proficiency with dental terminology, billing codes and claims

This is a full-time job, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
