Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Outsourced Project Manager to oversee our team of talented writers based in the Philippines. As the Outsourced Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the production of AI-generated content. Your ability to effectively communicate, set priorities, and maintain quality standards will be key to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee AI content projects from inception to completion with a team of 3-4 other tea ---------- ---------- n project scope, objectives, and ---------- n and report back project schedules and timelines.

Team Leadership:

Manage a remote team of Philippine writers, providing guidance and support to hit content writing goals.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure content produced meets high-quality standards and aligns with expectations for website and SEO.
Implement feedback and revisions as ---------- munication:

Maintain regular and clear communication with the writers and U.S. based leadership team.
Report project progress, issues, and solutions to upper management on a daily basis.
Be able to work 1-2 hours in the Pacific time zone for clear communication.

Resource Management:

Allocate team resources effectively to meet project goals.
Monitor team performance and productivity.

Problem Solving:

Identify and address project-related challenges promptly and proactively.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Requirements:

-Proven experience in project management, ideally in a remote or outsourced team setting.
-Strong understanding of AI content generation and the ability to work with AI-powered tools and platforms.
