Looking for a reliable, detailed, accurate and highly qualified attorney that has very strong writing, organizational, communications and research skills to work according to California/Pacific Standard time 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week 100% remotely. Looking for long term help with a desire to commit to over 3 years. Must have passed the bar the Philippines. Will be assigned to manage at a caseload of at least 25-50 cases.

Applicant must have fast writing, typing and reading skills and a strong background in legal writing, research, strong communications skills. Results oriented. We are willing to train on California law. Fluent English English.

Preferred but not required skills:
Experience in litigation in USA ---------- inese or Spanish

Must have minimum internet speed of ---------- ;
Must have proficient knowledge of WORD, Adobe Pro for documents,
Computer speed and space for Zoom, Microsoft Teams

Pay Scale:
Independent Upgrade to see actual invoice us for your hours that will be kept track of with Hubstaff on the 15th and end of each month.

Our pay structure is set up to incentivize commitment and reliability to the firm. For each invoice, we pay the base pay of $9 per hour and the remaining is deferred:
After you commit to working every 4 months (completing 640hours), you will receive the deferred pay of $1 per hour $640, Thus, every 4 months, the additional $1 for every hour worked within the last 4 months.
At the end of the year (after you complete at least 1,900 hours), you will receive the $0.50 for every hour you worked the entire year: $850

Expect at least $21,000 per year - hourly, bonuses and additional performance bonuses.

After the first year, the pay will likely increase by at least 5% per year and depending on performance.
