Social Media Coordinator

Altos is a well-respected, award-winning digital marketing agency based in the United States. We have a stateside team of 12 people and are currently seeking a talented full-time (40 hours/week) Social Media Coordinator to assist/support our Content Strategist.

The Social Media Coordinator will play a role in implementing our clients’ social media strategies across various platforms. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content, and reporting on performance.

We are looking for someone who will work the same hours as our team, which is 9am-5pm Eastern Time. We need someone who is organized, self-disciplined and can work independently, but also enjoys being a team player. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and an excellent communicator. The new tea ---------- mber will need to be able to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
1.) Develop and curate high-quality content for Facebook and Instagram, including text, images, videos, and graphics, following a content calendar created by our Content Strategist.

2.) Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on social media. Foster positive online interactions and build relationships with audiences. Assist in the development and execution of social media to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to websites.

3.,) Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Utilize insights to make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
1.) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2.) Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics tools.
3.) Strong communication skills.
4.) Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5.) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
