We are looking to for an experienced Operations Manager.  

Your Role:
- Create and update SOPs
- Establish clear KPI's
- Create processes in Asana, ClickUp and or Google Sheets
- Manage all these processes and tea ---------- mbers
- All other operations activities

You are expected to use your previous experience to streamline and improve the team's workflow and create a clear dashboard where we can see the performance of the business.

Requirements:
- Impeccable research and organization skills
- Creative and consistent communicator
- Quick learner with strong sense of urgency
- Fast internet connection and microphone for calls and meetings
- Amazon, e-commerce and SEO experience preferred but not required
