Middle America Homes is a real estate solutions company based in Fort Wayne, IN. We wholesale real estate in the Midwestern United States. We are looking for someone to fill a gap in our company in the dispositions department.

As a Disposition Manager, your primary role will be to oversee our marketing channels and ensure they generate steady buyer leads. This requires a high level of creativity and inspiration, as you will need to constantly develop new and innovative ways to attract potential buyers.

We are specifically looking for an applicant who is experienced in this role. That means that you were working for a US wholesale real estate company with the responsibility of selling their properties and marketing to ---------- netheless, if you don't have experience in this exact role and think you could add value to the role and that we could add value to you, please ---------- addition to managing our marketing efforts, you will also be responsible for handling the buyer leads that come in. This involves calling each lead, qualifying them, and then marking them in our system as a qualified buyer. You also will also will be tasked with negotiating and putting together agreements with our buyers to purchase our property inventory. By doing so, you will help to alleviate some of the workload from our disposition manager, allowing him to focus solely on the most qualified buyers who are ready to make a purchase.

Pay Structure:
Starting pay of $3 - $7+ USD/hr with a percentage of gross revenue commission. This position will not be stagnant and will have many growth opportunities.
