**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and creative Standup Comedian Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team for an upcoming stand-up comedy tour. As a Social Media Marketing Assistant, your primary role will be to engage with potential fans on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) within the comedy niche. Your goal is to convert cold leads into warm leads, guiding them through our sales funnels and ultimately converting them into paying customers who will purchase tickets to our comedy shows.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Lead Generation:**
- Identify potential fans by actively engaging with comments and followers on the profiles of comedians in our niche.
- Initiate direct messages to spark conversations and establish rapport.

2. **Sales Funnel Entry:**
- Guide potential fans through our sales funnels, which may involve collecting their emails and contact information.
- Use provided tools and strategies to encourage fans to express interest in our comedy shows.

3. **Ticket Sales:**
- Promote and sell tickets to our comedy shows to warm leads.
- Utilize both provided marketing materials and creative strategies to drive ticket sales.

4. **Performance Tracking:**
- Use a personalized promo code to track your ticket sales.
- Maintain accurate records of your leads, conversions, and sales.


**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and direct messaging.
- Ability to work independently and creatively to engage and convert leads.
- Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Effective time management skills to maximize outreach efforts.

**Compensation:**

You will be paid $10.00 USD for every 150 qualified leads generated OR $2.00 USD for every 1000 DMs sent.
