OUTSOURCIX INC. , is looking for Customer Service Representatives . This position is for a pioneering account geared for the U.S. market and every candidate will have the opportunity to be promoted if he/she shows exceptional capabilities for a higher position. The candidate must be humble, a quick thinker, a team player, and willing to adapt to a new work environment. He/she is also expected to have good interpersonal and soft skills.

Duties and Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for protecting the company’s image by solving any and all customer service queries, issues, and complaints.

Qualifications:

At least 2-5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
Has an excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
Must have excellent problem-solving and account maintenance skills
Must be able to compose long emails and business letters when needed
Must be diligent and organized
Having empathy towards difficult customers is a must
Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule
