the type of person should be a creative original thinker, over acheiver and GREAT animator, Must be able to illustrate custom assets and understand rigging. 3d experience is a plus.

Required software:
Adobe – After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
After Effects rigging plugin – like RubberHose, DUIK, Limber, or Character Tool.
