Podcast Video Editor

Our Video Editor (VE) is responsible for editing and assembling raw files in a suitable finished video product ready for publishing. Videos may include multi-camera footage, audio files, sound effects, motion graphics, and visual effects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven working experience in video editing using Adobe AI tools is a MUST
-Top-notch video editing skills and in-depth knowledge of Adobe Premiere and similar software
-Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
-Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets
-Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment; learn rapidly and master diverse video technologies and techniques
-Able to work under tight deadlines across many teams with quickly shifting priorities
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Good interpersonal skills and works well with a team
-Excellent time-management and organizational skills
-Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video as necessary
-Input bumpers, music, dialogues, graphics and effects
-Create rough and final cuts
-Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
-Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
-Create audiograms (full and short) and video ---------- s
-Create bumpers
-Create audiogram templates
-Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
-Upload video to YouTube or Dropbox with appropriate assets
