JOB OVERVIEW

- Responds to customer phone calls and emails using standard operating procedures
- Email duties: Responds to email leads with pre-screening link and follows up on pre-screening responses by phone call
- Phone duties: Responds to all phone calls by providing information to customers and/or routing calls to appropriate tea ---------- mber.
- Online Website Chat/FB Marketplace Chat duties: Responds to all online chat conversations by providing requested information to customers
- Managing calendar(s) using standard operating procedures (ex. Property Tour calendar)
- Potential client assistance (includes service inquiry follow up, responding to frequently asked questions, scheduling potential client meetings with property manager)
- Call potential tenants with scheduled property tours to confirm appointments
- Distributing mass client communications
- Distributing client surveys
- Managing maintenance coordination
- Executive Assistant to all Divisions and Centers (providing support on various projects or routine job tasks such as updating portal)


For the first month, you will go through training 2 hours per day for 5 days per week. After the first month, you will begin full-time work and full-time schedule. This position also has annual bonus potential. Please submit a voice recording with your application.
