As a start up, we are using modern technologies and agile methodology to craft and build impeccable digital experiences that resonate with our users. We're expanding our team and are looking for a UX/UI Designer who's not just proficient in Figma, but a master of its advanced features.

???? Core Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using the MERN Stack with TypeScript and TailWindCSS.
- Oversee our CI/CD pipeline ensuring swift and seamless deployments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and tea ---------- mbers to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications.
- Engage in rigorous code reviews, ensuring high-quality code using Github
- Set up and use of GitHub Code Spaces and GitHub Copilot.
- Work proficiently with our tech stack, including AWS services, MongoDB, Postman, Axios, Redux Toolkit, PNPM, Stripe, SendGrid, and more.
- Proactively identify potential issues, providing innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement.

???? What We're Looking For:

- Proficiency in MERN Stack with TypeScript, TailWindCSS, Vite, and the associated technologies.
- Solid experience in overseeing CI/CD pipelines and performing code reviews.
- Must be available from 9am - 5pm EST.
- Adherence to daily check-ins and time tracking through Hubstaff.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas succinctly.
- Collaborative spirit, unafraid to voice concerns or innovative solutions.
- English fluency, comfortable with video meetings.
- A dedicated team player with a knack for collaboration.
